I never filled in the weight on all the books. The store doesn't charge for shipping based on weight anyway...

my order
i never got a confirmation email after my purchase. I ordered on the 20th of december and now its the 31st. I'm kind of getting worried now, but maybe you were just over flowed with orders? Well I really wouold like to get a hold of a customer relations person about my order I just didn't know how to do that. Could someone please help me out here?

When you place your order, the online store should send you out an email confirmation.
